It looks like that I have not explained clearly what I meant. I think that you have physically deleted the file, but it is still listed in the Visual Studio project. What I meant was to delete it from the project (which should also deleted it from the disk).

I deleted the .licx file and tried to re-Build. Now I get an error "Could not find file 'F:\Machinery Software\VisualStudio\WindowsFormsApp1\WindowsFormsApp1\Properties\licenses.licx'.
