The error references myget.org. Our packages, and all their dependencies, are hosted on nuget.org.
I do not know what you are doing, maybe you have added some additional package sources like this. Remove them first.

I am getting an error when trying to update the Nuget package from 5.80.278 to 5.82.423. See below.
