writing to a kepware item in simulation mode does not seem to work. was created by giles
For example create a kepware memory based channel + device and add some items.

With the device in simulation mode you cannot write to it using OPCLabs DA (you can with UA).

However you CAN write to it using the sample OPC client - seems odd!
