Our installation package is created with Inno Setup (www.jrsoftware.org). It should be possible to simply include our setup EXE in the installation, and call it with appropriate parameters on the command line. Google for “Inno Setup silent”. Some results:

The customer asked another question. Do we have a silent installation method for the runtime machines? Like a merge module they can include or something else maybe? The customer knows how to activate the license without using the License Utility.
