Disconnection from the OPC Server

Ad 1. Yes. Each subscribed item receives a notification with error indication.

Ad 2. Yes. Reconnection periods are configurable.

Ad 3. No need to write any code to re-subscribe. Upon successful reconnection, data start flowing in as before.

Ad 4. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We're evaluating QuickOPC.
We'd like to know how disconnections from the OPC server are handled (e.g because of network problems).
1. Is there an event we can get notifications from?
2. Will the client automatically reconnect to the server when it is possible?
3. Will we still get notifications about changed items or do we have re-subscribe to these items when the client reconnects?
4. Can we unsubscribe from changed item notifications while the client is disconnected from the server?
