You may close this case. It was a problem in my code.

Hello.

In your test, is the tunneller actually connecting to a different (remote) computer, or is the DELL-I7MIKE your own (client-side, with QuickOPC) machine?
And in the customer's test?

I am unable to upload the PNG file.
The full error is: "Timeout browsing nodes. The client method called (or event/callback invoked) was 'BrowseNodes'.

Hi,

My client did the same test on his computer (same configuration) and got a different error: "Timeout browsing nodes".
See the attached screen capture.
I asked him how many items are in the OPC server. Waiting for answer.

Thank you.

Hello.

How many items are there in the branch you are trying to browse?

Best regards

Hi,

I have QuickOPC 5.63.232, and Matrikon OPC Tunneller v.6.3.6.8582 installed on my computer. When I try browsing for items using the Tunneller:DELL-I7MIKE:Kepware.KEPServerEX.V6 server, it takes very long time and then I get this error.

Using Matrikon Explorer, browsing works fine. Can you please advise what should I do?
