Initializes a new instance of the class, with given state object and exception.

Parameters

state: The state object specified when the operation was invoked.
The value of this parameter can be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
exception: The reason of the failure of the operation.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
