What’s New in OPC Server for Johnson Controls N2 1.02
- The OPC server now supports 64-bit versions of Windows operating system (the software runs as 32-bit application under 64-bit systems).
- The OPC server can now generate a report detailing any problems found during configuration loading.
- On x64 platform, corresponding version of OPC Core Components 3.00 Redistributables will be automatically chosen and installed (this includes proper OPC proxies and stubs).
What’s New in OPC Server for Johnson Controls N2 1.01
- Added ability to act as OPC-UA (Universal Architecture) server, and communicate with OPC-UA clients through UA Wrapper for OPC COM Servers. For instructions, see Advanced Topics -> OPC-UA (Universal Architecture) in the “User’s Manual” document.
- Added a wizard page with pre-defined installation types (Typical, Full, Custom, Production, Documentation), and an ability to individually select installed components.
- The setup program now only checks and requires those prerequisites that are needed according to the set of components selected for installation.
- The setup program now fully automatically selects and installs dependency redistributable packages that are needed according to the set of components selected for installation.
